We make it easy -- our minimum is only 10 lbs. per order of any micro lot coffee. You can mix and match packaging sizes to meet the minimum order requirement.

We encourage small, frequent orders to keep your inventory and the coffee you serve as fresh as possible.

Web: Once an account has been established, we will set your company up with a login . Login into your account and place your order by clicking on the SHOP NOW button.

Packaging

Our coffees are packed in 12 oz. and 5 lb. Kraft one-way valve bags. These bags preserves the aromas and flavors of the coffee.

We offer both food service and retail packaging for our wholesale customers in 5 lb. bulk food service bags and 12 oz. retail bags.

Our 12 oz. retail bags come with a zipper to preserve the freshness of the coffee after opening the bag.

Grinding

We encourage the purchase of whole bean coffee and grinding just prior to brewing for maximum flavor enjoyment. However, for convenience we will gladly pre-grind the coffee.

Samples

If you are opening a coffee shop and are looking for a roaster, we would love for you to consider Lucky Hills Specialty Coffee. To help you get to know our coffees, we will send you three free samples of our coffee, though we ask that you pay the cost of shipping, which is based on FEDEX published rates for standard ground service. Additional samples may be purchased at our wholesale price level.

Terms Of Sale

Credit Card: Many of our customers prefer to pay by credit card to streamline the bookkeeping associated with their purchases. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Shipping Information

Wholesale bulk orders generally ship within 3 to 5 business days. Orders for over 300 lbs. or more will ship within 7 – 10 days. We currently ship orders using ShipStation. Shipping charges are based on the rates provided through their platform.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your coffee, please notify us at 386-299-0558 within three days of receiving your shipment.
